Oh, how gallant it is for the bird to provide himself as an enchanting umbrella for the girl! Beautiful illustration, the colors are splendid, it feels magical all over :)*I used to wait in transit for several hours in Irian Jaya. I wish I have known about this story then, it would make staring at the rain a lot more interesting … dreaming up of enchanting umbrellas and all :)
