An old card I received many moons ago as a kid and some seriously delish vegan coconut pancakes from the book "Vegan with a Vengeance" by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. I pretty much followed the recipe which is something I don't do too often (often due to lack of proper ingredients) except that I used coconut milk rather than soy or rice milk. i like the salt &pepper shakers and they seem to go well with the color of the pancakes! mmmm.
Hi Sheree :) I've been wanting to get that cookbook for a while now. Have you tried several recipes? It is in my wish list now and maybe I will just bump it up :)
I have an old card that my grandpa gave me when I was a kid and it was exactly like that card. It was huge too! I loved it.
