Georgia

Today we greeted the latest member of our family: our newly adopted greyhound, Georgia. In her previous life as a racer in Florida she was known as Rapid Roah, but we thought it fitting to christen her with a new name so she can begin her new life as a pampered and beloved dog. None of this would have been possible without the help of Grateful Greyhounds who rescue and place greyhounds in their "forever homes."

Oh how wonderful Sheree!!!
I love greyhounds, they have the most noble souls! You'll be so happy with her, you'll see. I plan on adopting one in the future. They truly make the most wonderful pets.. so quiet, loving, funny (you'll laugh at the sleeping positions and the running like crazy thing once a day) and loyal!
I have a whippet, Nina and she is sleeping on top of my bed with her face on my lap as I type this :o)
Congratulations!
